Spetsofai with Spicy Foustani’s Sausages

Ingredients for 2 people:

  • Two Spicy Foustani’s Farm Sausages
  • Chopped onions
  • Green and red peppers
  • Chopped tomatoes
  • Sweet red pepper
  • White wine
  • Mustard
  • Feta cheese
  • Oregano and thyme


  1. Cut the peppers into chunks and sauté them together with the sausages.
  2. Add the wine.
  3. Add the chopped tomato and the mustard and mix them all together.
  4. Once golden brown, add the feta cheese in small cubes.
  5. Add oregano and thyme and serve.
