Spetsofai with Spicy Foustani’s Sausages

Ingredients for 2 people:
- Two Spicy Foustani’s Farm Sausages
- Chopped onions
- Green and red peppers
- Chopped tomatoes
- Sweet red pepper
- White wine
- Feta cheese
- Oregano and thyme
- Cut the peppers into chunks and sauté them together with the sausages.
- Add the wine.
- Add the chopped tomato and the mustard and mix them all together.
- Once golden brown, add the feta cheese in small cubes.
- Add oregano and thyme and serve.
