Green Salad with Foustani’s Kavourmas Confit and Spinach

Ingredients for 2 people:

  • 150 g. Foustani’s Farm Kavourmas
  • Two curly lettuce leaves
  • A red cabbage leaf
  • Four spinach leaves
  • 1/4 Cucumber
  • Four tomatoes
  • Two Iceberg leaves
  • Onions
  • Sage
  • Olive oil
  • Mustard
  • Balsamic vinegar


  1. Wash and cut the leaves.
  2. Wash and cut the cucumber and the tomatoes.
  3. Peel and cut the onion.
  4. Add the kavourmas confit in small cubes.
  5. Mix the olive oil, mustard and balsamic vinegar.
  6. Add the dressing and serve.
