Green Salad with Foustani’s Kavourmas Confit and Spinach

Ingredients for 2 people:
- 150 g. Foustani’s Farm Kavourmas
- Two curly lettuce leaves
- A red cabbage leaf
- Four spinach leaves
- 1/4 Cucumber
- Four tomatoes
- Two Iceberg leaves
- Onions
- Sage
- Olive oil
- Mustard
- Balsamic vinegar
Instructions:
- Wash and cut the leaves.
- Wash and cut the cucumber and the tomatoes.
- Peel and cut the onion.
- Add the kavourmas confit in small cubes.
- Mix the olive oil, mustard and balsamic vinegar.
- Add the dressing and serve.
